  1. Welcome to the Bloomfield Township Election Commission meeting of Monday, July 13th. It's 9 o'clock or shortly thereafter. Let's please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Pledge of Allegiance to the Black of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, another God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Okay, thank you folks. Today we have two purposes for our meeting. First is to review the election inspectors and appoint election inspectors for this election. And then second, to conduct the public accuracy test. And that's basically why we're here. And the first item on the agenda is public comment. Anybody here for public comment? No? Okay, we're moving on. The next item is to approve the Election Commission meeting minutes of April 9th, 2026. So moved. Of support. All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries 3-0. And then next is to review election procedures. We've got several different items here. They're all in the packet, including the calendar of dates for the election, the AV applications that are available through my office, the ballot order and ballot proof sign-off forms. That's the document. Thank you, Mr. where we have proofed the contents of the ballots to ensure that they're all accurate and order different ballot styles, the maximum of which is, of course, the number of registered voters. Legal notices that are required for this meeting and other election-related activities. Voter registration maintenance activities, you can see here in subsection E. The polling location information, which we have some new polling locations. I don't know if you received the township's e-news, no, actually mailed newsletter this weekend. I did. The section is on the changes to the precincts so that folks are reminded of what we did last year. And then the election inspector list by precinct and the training schedule that Katerina has put together, along with everything else. And any questions about those? They're routine. You've seen them before. There hasn't been any significant changes other than what I mentioned about precinct locations.
