   Design Review Board on Wednesday, May the 20th. We'll take attendance. Looks like everybody's here. Open up for public comment. If you're here for public comment about today's agenda, you're welcome to come up to the podium. No one's coming up. I'll close public comment, and I'll move to item number three, approve the minutes from May 6th. So moved by Michael, support by Neal. Yes. All in favor say aye. Aye. Passes three to nothing. New items. Signs, one, 37,000 Woodward Avenue, Pinnacle Fertility. Hi, Tom. Good afternoon, Board. So the first item on today's agenda is Pinnacle Fertility. They're a business located in the 01 District along Woodward Avenue. Here is an aerial of the property. The present building has an IVF Michigan sign, and it's going to be replaced with a new Pinnacle Fertility wall sign. The original sign is about 58 square feet, and the new sign they're going to put up is going to be 31 square feet, which is within the 64 square foot limit. It'll project three inches from the building, which meets the requirements of no more than 12 inches, and it'll be non-illuminated. And there will be no ground sign associated with this request. It's simply the wall sign. Great. Any questions? All in favor say aye. Aye. Passes three to nothing. Thank you gentlemen. Item number two, 2242 South Telegraph Road Loan Homes. Home Loans, excuse me. This is another sign request. It'll be for a monument sign along Telegraph Road in the B3 General Business District. This is an image of what the sign will look like. It's refacing of the bottom left for home loans. Here is the zoomed up image of that panel. The sign itself is existing, 40 square feet, which exceeds the 32 square foot limit. And it is, I'd say, approximately five feet from the right-of-way, which is an issue, but it's all grandfathered in because it's an existing sign. This monument sign came before the board, I think, last fall for the Adams panel. It's just fitting in that same... Right, it's just fitting in the panel. I have a question. So I noticed both the Adams sign and the home loan sign, they have the phone numbers.

And this was routed to our township departments with no concerns other than the events follow the township noise ordinance and that any tents and electrical equipment be obtained through permits.
