   one and maybe he'll join us shortly and item number two is we open up for public comment if you're here to comment on anything on the agenda this this afternoon you can step up to the microphone and we'll give you three minutes no one's stepping up no public comment we'll close public comment and move to approve the minutes from our november 19th meeting uh i move to be approved the minutes of the november 19th meeting no support all in favor say aye aye passes two to nothing all right item number four site improvement 1750 saxon drive the birmingham country club cory so the birmingham country club would like to add a generator to their facility this is where it sits within our something that you can see it's an island there's birmingham to the north and i believe beverly hills to the south but the parcel itself is in our community when you look at the aerial the picture becomes more clear the property is surrounded by dense residential development so from the staff's perspective our primary concern when adding a generator to the site is any visual or noise impacts on neighbors fortunately the applicant is proposing it right tucked into the building and i'll go into more detail in a minute so sound wise it's well distanced from any nearby residences from staff's position our only concern i did go out there and do a site visit to determine who would be able to actually see the generator so if you kind of look with my cursor the generator is going to be somewhere along the building here the only houses impacted are down here those are the ones who could possibly see it there's about three or four and so we worked out a screening plan this is the actual Site plan. If you're familiar with the site, this is where you typically enter. It's a little bit elevated grade wise from this area So there's a screening wall here as well as building all around protecting the view from three sides There's also an existing evergreen barrier right here That kind of frames the parking lot. So really the only screening that's needed is here The applicant is proposing to use arborvitae, the height of the unit at the time of planting The generator itself is going to be roughly 19 feet by about 9 feet and in terms of height. It'll be a little over 10 feet And then there are some photos from my site visit showing it's going in this existing utility area and when done it will be improved with an arborvitae screen And that's it for my presentation All right, thank you any questions So the arborvitae will be 10 feet. Thank you Thank you number two 1200 lone pine road the hills of lone pine so the hills of lone pine is uh they sorry they this originated when they reached out to the township wanted a security study of their um association so the police department conducted that study and then determined that there were some places where increased security might be helpful to the residents so that's why they are coming forward to you today with their plan so you are already i think familiar with where it says it's in a sea of yellow it's in our residential neighborhoods it's to the south of where the township hall site is the actual development matches the zoning map here's their actual plan unfortunately it's color coded which i think helps a lot so the existing fence is this red here and here that's already in place they are seeking to extend it it's an ornamental fence they want to extend it
