  1. The Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees meeting for Monday, January 26th. If you all stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Welcome on this nice, cool evening we're having. And the first item on the agenda is public comment. If you're here to have a comment about anything going on in the township or specifically to the agenda tonight, you can come up to the podium and we ask you to keep your comments within three minutes. And welcome. And introduce yourself and your address, please. Jeff. Jeff Sauls, 3114 East Bradford Drive. I'm here. Chair, I would like to speak in full support of your notion to put a moratorium on sports courts. There are two issues that I see. There may be more, but the ones that I see that I would like to see addressed. Number one is the issue of noise. Now, we already addressed this, have addressed it, in other sports courts, more commercial or country club, with pickleball courts. And, but nothing has been codified. It was just, came to the planning commission and we made some suggestions to the board of trustees. The other issue that I. find very important is one of drainage of water migration sports courts are large take up a lot of space and in many cases are impervious surfaces adding another impervious surface to the many that we have now meaning that there's less less ways for water to soak into the ground now I know that some of them are now the technologies that they are permeable that water goes through them and my next door neighbor a new build on East Bradford he lives upstream from me in the water flow they he decided he didn't want grass in his backyard so he covered it completely with a synthetic surface but it's permeable and so that's good but as the ordinance stands now that I as I understand all the ordinances there is nothing in there except for driveways which is a more recent thing where impervious surfaces are controlled or addressed as a matter of fact the way I understand that the ordinances if I would like wanted to I could blacktop my

Right now it's just the home and accessory structure and now certain driveways. But outdoor kitchens and patios and terraces on pools and any other impervious surface is not regulated. I would like to personally, I'd like to see what you're looking at tonight, go further and look at lot coverage completely and change our ordinance to do that. So I'm looking forward to seeing anything that you want to come to the planning commission, and we can give you our input on that. And I thank you for taking our comments, thank you. Thank you, Jeff. Thanks, Jeff. Hello, my name is Michael Van Huff.

  3. understand that the ordinances if I would like wanted to I could blacktop my backyard paint it green as long as I don't call the driveway and there's nothing in the ordinance to prevent me from do that except later when water runs off to my neighbor we can't do that but that's after it's installed there's nothing in the in the to in the permitting process whatsoever to address that I would like to see that addressed the sports courts but further I would like to see us take a look at all impervious surfaces on a property and read redefine how we outline lot coverage. Thanks, Jeff. Hello, my name is Michael Van Huff. I live at 330 North Berkshire. And I hear I wanted to mention a few things about a proposed development called Bloomfield Hollow. And the, I think the address that it goes by in the planning documents is 350 Fremont Street. And, and so I live in the adjacent neighborhood. And the biggest thing that I want to discuss is the proposed change to the zoning ordinance, which would allow this development to take place because it's currently a research park development. And I think I'm particularly experienced with this. I've lived in my house for over 20 years, and I do back up to a research park. Thank you. Um. . . and it is to my rear yard it uh they've been great neighbors i've never had a problem and i think the biggest thing that i'm worried about is that uh i guess what we'd have to address is uh really concerned about like noise and light because the fact that they would be putting in a banquet hall in this facility which would be within sight distance of my house also would create many more opportunities for noise and light pollution especially from cars not worried about the lights that they put on the property but more for like cars coming and going at night

  6. it is such a huge departure from a traditional research park when you lump into it the idea of having a banquet hall in that facility all right thank you you might want to come to the Planning Commission on February 2nd yeah we'll be there yeah for sure all right thank you Michael hi my name is Kim Schaefer I live in the same neighborhood as him I live at 300 North Berkshire so my home backs directly we're probably about 50 feet my garage is about 50 feet from the proposed site when we bought the property I realized it could be developed but it wasn't zoned that way so I wasn't too concerned about a research park or a I don't know some sort of storage unit going in I watched the meeting with the Planning Commission the design board review it seemed the meeting wasn't neutral at all the board was actually like giddy there were no questions about how would impact us or anything it sounded like it was a done deal already which kind of was a bit unnerving to say the least I lived in the township for 20 years I've raised my kids here And I'd also like to point out that not totally against the banquet hall. I think that's a reasonable use, the light and the sound. But I really, at that planning, sorry, I'm a little nervous. At that planning committee, they use the word amphitheater over and over and over again. Amphitheater, in definition, is an open-air venue for entertainment and performances and music. They're planning to have 650 to 1,000 guests playing music. It's right in my backyard. So there just has to be some consideration about that. And I also looked at the charter township matrix. Banquet hall is in here. The zoning gets changed. Amphitheater is not. But I noticed when we pulled up the plans, banquet hall was on there. Amphitheater was not. But when they went to the plans for you guys, the amphitheater was used. And the other thing they were talking about was after the property, how he's going to put up other more buildings that will be quote-unquote sick. Like, I don't know what that means. Everyone seemed happy about it. It just made me nervous. So I'd just like you to take us all into consideration when approving this, especially the outdoor venue.

Good evening. My name is Tim McGrane. I live at 163 North. berkshire road bloomfield township this is regarding the 350 fremont road development firstly i will say i've previously done business with cutting edge i know the quality of the company they are so it's nothing about the company um in some of the conversations i've been having and some of the quotes about the project um it makes reference to they're going to do the space is being designed to accommodate everything from automotive reveals requiring off-road terrain for clients like ford and large-scale events galas and concerts so i would like to make sure that the planning department and the design review and the township are very aware of those concerns also these plans seem like it only makes reference to phase one because they are making reference to phase two and phase three of which there is no details about what that is going to accomplish and that's in that same area so i just want to be aware that the neighborhood is wants to make sure that the townships where we're concerned and hopefully the correct decisions

  9. wants to make sure that the townships where we're concerned and hopefully the correct decisions are made um you know for the township and for this residential neighborhood thank you i'm mary ellis duke i'm a bloomfield township resident um i'm here to talk to you about water the cost of water in bloomfield township remains expensive and burdened with costs that are just not going to water and sewer excess charges are going to the general fund this must stop water and sewer should not be a slush fund for overages in other areas i am here to ask questions that elected officials and department heads should be asking when was the last time there was a competitive review of the water provider provider for bloomfield township we are paying very high non-resident rates to sakwa why are the residents of bloomfield township subsidizing over two million dollars a year in non-resident rates there are alternatives when was the last review of water suppliers why isn't there a competitive review every three years why is this information on a competitive review not available on the township website why are other communities sourcing their water and where and why are we not talking to other communities about best practices for sourcing our water why doesn't the consulting firm ref tell us provide an analysis of water vendors and prices for review all they seem to do is recommend rate increases why are the rates for nakwa lower when will this board and department has provide answers to the water supply questions thank you thank you mary ellis My name is Ralph Wendler. I'm from 194 North Berkshire, and I want to talk about the Bloomfield Hollow thing as well. The biggest concern was already raised. I'm concerned as a nearly 50-year resident in that neighborhood that the subsequent plans are not being disclosed to us to understand how else that property would be used. And I want to see that that be considered before any approval goes forward.

I'd also like you to take a moment and consider the fact that our neighborhood is specifically different than a lot of others because of large lots, a lot of wooded area, a lot of wildlife, and a lot of natural sounds and natural settings. And I'm concerned that that will all change for my weekends whenever a large 600-capacity banquet hall goes in with uncontrolled sound. It isn't what I want to have on my weekends, and I don't think that there's anybody else in my neighborhood that does either. Thank you. Hi, I'm Judy Wendler, Ralph's wife. and as he said we've lived in our house for 49 years we were distraught when the m1 went in in Pontiac every weekend we hear the cars racing the tracks we can

I'm going to first start off real quick with the introduction of the officers, and then we'll move on to honoring the canines. First up, De'Ara, come on up. De'Ara Bullock, badge 369. And I like to say that every time for a long time down the road when somebody else can watch these meetings, De'Ara comes to us from Livingston County, where he worked as a transport officer for the Sheriff's Department. So he has experience within the law enforcement arena. He resides in Waterford Township with his wife, who is a Lake Orion counselor, correct? Yep. And then his one daughter, I'm sorry, young. And fun fact about De'Ara, as I've been telling him, especially because he's in the field training, he likes to race four-wheelers.

He graduated from Avondale High School, where he played football and ran track and field. On his free time, he enjoys fishing. I said, loves to race four-wheelers. And then he also broadcasts live. We've been paying attention and trying to learn about these things. He went on to graduate from Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in criminal justice. He worked for Livingston County for seven years. And recently, we sponsored him through the grant at the Oakland Police Academy. So he just graduated. He graduated the academy and is currently in phase one, probably about week two or so of his field training. So just like all the rest of our recruits, we're excited to have him. He brings a wealth of knowledge from a correction side of things where we don't have a ton of experience. So we'll be definitely using that. So welcome. Thank you. Did you have a round of applause for everyone? Kyle, come on up. Not as long for Kyle. He's a young guy here, right? Badge 370. Kyle grew up in Grand Blanc and attended Grand Blanc High School. Where did you graduate? 21. 2021. You need a walker, Jimmy? You can get out of here. I was just laughing because I hear these guys giggling back here with me.

He played soccer there and also enjoyed golfing and hunting. I don't know if you guys know Officer Monty here, but if you saw Officer Monty when he hired on, I think we kind of got maybe a little twin maybe. But anyways, he went to Michigan State University. We'll forgive him. And he earned a bachelor degree in criminal justice. He's a recent graduate of also the Oakland Police Academy. And he started, we're his first agency. And so we're excited to allow him to start his career here. And he knows he has to finish his career here. We've already talked about that. And again, he hired on with the air. So they're both in phase one. So, um, number 370. So, yeah, a lot more than mine. So, and I don't think it's either of them here tonight. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All their families came in when Martin did the initial swearing in and then roll call, so they got to see the swearing in ceremony. Where's Tom Box? Which one are you bringing up first? Rolo. You want to do Rolo first? Rolo been outside first. So I did say that, and I'm going to let kind of Tom explain what type of dog Rolo is. I will say, just to give the audience and our residents an understanding, Bloomfield Township has the longest standing canine program in Oakland County.

I will say, just to give the audience and our residents an understanding, Bloomfield Township has the longest standing canine program in Oakland County. Back in the 70s, at one point, we had seven dogs with seven handlers. How they afforded that, our entire program is funded by our forfeiture funds. So everything we do with the dog, whether it's their grooming, the vet care, any type of medical care that they get initially comes from that as well. The purchase of that also typically comes through forfeiture, but we've been very fortunate with the last few canines that we've had that they've been sponsored by residents. Rolo was sponsored by the Partridge family. We have usually a line of people who are willing to sponsor. Now the cost between the training for Tom and the dog itself, it ranges anywhere from $12,000 to $16,000. And so for a resident to offer that and usually pay for that up front to continue a program, that is very important to us. Both Angela and Tom are long-term handlers. Angela is a master trainer. She's back there. She's keeping havoc. They don't really like to get along right now. So. we have to keep them separate but with that being said they're both very experienced handlers very well respected within the canine community and so we were excited Rollo's on the road actually Havoc took his last car ride probably in

  17. Bloomfield Township has the longest standing canine program in Oakland County. For him being as young as he is, I am extremely excited to working with him. This will be from how much energy and how enthusiastic he is about the job. It translates up the leash to me, and I'm looking forward to working with him for the next, hopefully, nine, ten years. Thanks. He looks like he's ready to run a marathon. And I think that Heather posted a video today, I believe, on our website of one of his first tracks. It was an article search of a young man that was a runaway that we were able to find. He didn't find the runaway. The runaway found us, but we weren't sure what information or things he dropped as he ran from us through neighborhoods. And so there's a video, I think, posted online today of Ronald Rolo's first tracks going over fences and things of that nature. So it's a pretty good video. That's great. Good deal. Do you want to switch, or do you want to have Angela bring Havoc up? Havoc's like, yeah. Roll, I'll take my shot. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Hi.

And so with that, Havoc served us for three and a half years and retired actually on his 11th birthday, which was November 7th, 2025. So today we honor Havoc for his 11 years of service. And, Tom, we'd like to present you with a plaque for you guys in recognition of Havoc's loyal service to both us and to Wayne State. And I know, I don't know if you want to say anything, Tom,

So thank you, and that's my wonderful neighbors, I just moved to a different area, probably about a little over a year ago, and we've been extremely blessed to have you guys as the answer, so thank you guys for coming out with us. That's so sweet. Great, thanks Tom. What are his plans for retirement? What was that? What are his plans for retirement? I think the last one I got was he was on his back on the couch just relaxing and watching some TV, so he's doing really good. That's great. Well, we'll process his pension. Sounds good. Thank you. Consider approval of a resolution to accept a petition to create a special assessment district, otherwise known as an SAD, for road improvement project in Bloomfield Village, called the Green Phase 5, Section 27, and scheduled for the first public hearing necessity for Monday, February the 9th, 2026, at 630, presented by our Deputy Assessor, Jennifer Wurstman. Welcome, Jennifer. Hi, thank you. Tough act to follow. So tonight we're here to talk about Bloomfield Village Phase 5, also known as our Green Phase. This is the final run of this project, so I'm excited to be here tonight to hopefully be able to wrap up this entire project that has been years and years in the making. Up first is just kind of a map. So as you know, at the beginning of this process, the road commission kind of divvied up the entire village to kind of make sense of the flow of the project to not be running over new roads. So green kind of straddles everybody, really, but with the main vein of the project being Bradway, that kind of links everything together.

When I was in front of you before, we were at a total of $9,902,553.30. We have a $500,000 contribution that has come from Oakland County, so that has helped significantly with this. So across the 99 parcels that are in the whole SAD, there are 195 with a full unit of benefit, which brings our total assessment. Previously was $52,569.70, so we are now down to $50,005.60 per full unit of benefit. So tonight we're just asking that you approve the resolution accepting the petition to create SAD number 430, and we are looking to schedule our public hearing in necessity for February 9th in two weeks. So as a result to that, I just wanted to kind of give you a little bit of an overview of what we currently have and then maybe kind of give you a little background in terms of what we're looking to achieve if the moratorium is in fact adopted. So currently, all sports courts are required to get approval by the Zoning Board of Appeals. They're treated like an accessory structure and accessory use, so similar to a shed or a detached garage. So it's quite a different use of land over those type of structures I just mentioned, but we're following the provisions of that ordinance. They're currently required to be in a rear yard, 16 feet off the lot line. That would just be a permission request before the Zoning Board. Oftentimes, though, in addition to that permission request of them wanting to locate it on their property, there have been instances where people are seeking to have fencing around their sports court that oftentimes may exceed our fence. height provisions over four feet often times there are situations where they come before the zoning board asking for smaller setbacks as well as a variance based on the location on their property perhaps they can't locate it in a backyard because they may not have a backyard because they believe in some

Recommendation for a moratorium would give us an opportunity to explore best practices nationwide, as many of you, I'm sure, are familiar with the fact that pickleball is becoming very popular, as well as getting the attention of people that have concerns about the quiet nature of their surroundings. So this would give us an opportunity to maybe look at sound technology, explore acoustic screening, or other options that are out there. We may be considering size of a parcel, minimum lot size. We may talk about the size of sports courts. That's another thing that's been varying very much that's gone before the zoning board. We've got half courts all the way up to full-size tennis courts with an established, like, sporting apron around it. So those can oftentimes get up to 160 by 100, but pretty significant-sized sports courts. We could also look at appropriate setbacks. That may be something that we would consider. You heard earlier from our chair of our planning commission having concerns that I have also heard from other representatives of the township and residents as a concern about the drainage and impact related to these sports courts.

Also just developing guidelines that would be a good balance between property rights and neighbor impact. So anytime we're looking at these zoning ordinance amendments or considerations, this moratorium will allow us an opportunity to kind of get that input and kind of . . . . of take a look at possible solutions that the board would be supportive of. Also looking at appropriate landscape revisions, fencing and or netting requirements, and formalizing that lighting prohibition. Like I stated earlier, oftentimes that's a condition from the zoning board, but that would certainly be something that we'd be looking at to formalize as part of any ordinance language. So if the board were inclined this evening to, there is a document that was prepared by our township attorney in regards to the moratorium for sports courts, the next steps for the planning, building, and ordinance division would be that we would research the history of sports courts within the township and trends, hold a study session with members of the boards or residents to gain feedback, talking about maybe engaging with HOAs, getting an idea of maybe some local subdivisions that may be having some particular issues or concerns. So give it an opportunity to also engage with the residents of the community and get some valuable feedback.

  32. And then these are just examples, you know, we could seek input via a simple survey maybe that could be administered alongside the HOA. And then ultimately we'd want to work to prepare draft language based on that research and feedback. And then ultimately there would be public hearings that would be held as part of this. So I just kind of want to give you a little reasoning for the background, as well as explain what the goal would be from planning, building an ordinance to kind of help address this issue that's becoming a lot of. larger concern township-wide. Thank you, Andrea. Any questions or comments? No, my only comment is, as you know, Mike, I've certainly been one of the board members that are very much in favor of the moratorium. Seeing sports courts really just have become much larger, as you mentioned, and they're having more of an impact on surrounding neighbors. So I think it's very important that we take consideration different things that we can do to not only minimize the impact on surrounding neighbors, but also drainage, as our chair of the Planning Commission certainly referenced. And there's a number of other issues that you have brought up. They're all important. And I think in addition to that, when we had the consideration of the BAC and pickleball,

So all these things need consideration to just improve the quality of life for the surrounding neighbors. So I certainly am very supportive of the moratorium. And I agree very much with what Neil said. I know one of the things is I live in a sub with larger lots. We've just had three of them happen very quickly. But you have a large lot. That's one thing. But some of these abut neighborhoods that have smaller yards, which puts that much more... So let us know, we have to list them. So let us know. Thank you. an impact for sound for visible to the adjoining subdivisions too so I think there's a there's a lot going on here and I support that we take a closer look thank you for bringing it to us yeah I'm in total agreement with Trustee Barnett as well as Trustee Murray something that I've said probably on TV a few times so I'm glad we're looking at it but again the balancing of property rights as well as the impact of neighbors is kind of really important right I want our neighbors in our community be able to invest in their properties this is

Anthony Chubb as it relates to the as you were seeing a lot within the media around the state of Michigan you'll see a lot of communities Northville Northville very recently I believe Livingston County Howell is doing it right now so we're kind of following suit in the sense where data centers are still very much an unknown entity what if the impact is on local infrastructure, safety, securities, as well as the long-term impacts that they could be to land use. We don't have anything currently on the books with our ordinance that we feel would satisfactorily address

  35. neighbors in our community be able to invest in their properties this is important to them but how do we do that without to minimally impact our neighbors so again I appreciate you and your team taking this time to do this and to take the time to research it so thank you and with that I'd love to make a motion that we approve the moratorium as submitted support support all in favor say aye aye any opposed that's the seven nothing thank you Andrea and back up again with Andrea is a considered approval of a resolution to establish a data center moratorium yeah this was actually brought to our attention very recently with with our Township Attorney mr. We don't have anything currently on the books with our ordinance that we feel would satisfactorily address some of these potential land use concerns that we have. So based on recommendation from our township attorney and experiences in other communities, I would recommend, I think it would be good practice to place a moratorium on any potential data centers until we have an opportunity to explore requirements as well as consider even where these would be an opportunity within our township. Thank you, Andrea. Any comments or questions? Yeah, I think this is really important. I appreciate Tony bringing this to our attention. It's something that I've been watching with all the media attention around the state. These data centers are really impactful to the surrounding community. And potentially also not only affecting the electricity and the grid infrastructure, but also the water infrastructure and the use of water that it takes to cool the machines inside the data center and how that could impact our water system. So I think it's very important that we move forward with this. And I appreciate, again, all the work that went into preparing this. So another comment, I'll make a motion.

So the more we can tighten a year, that gives us more flexibility at the end of the year. Questions, Mark? Yes, I do have a question. Public safety, Peasure Soerstack handed me a document and it appears to be fairly consistent with the quarterly reports and the audit starting fund balances. But what it says is, there's a $16,313,382 negative balance after the starting fund balance in public safety. And I would like to know how those obligations were met on December 31st. Where were the funds pulled from to pay those expenses? So I don't have in front of me what you were given by the treasurer?

Right there. So, if you could restate your question. And, um, it's... It's... It's... Treasurer, Shostak is showing a negative $16 million plus fund balance in public safety, and I would like to know where the funds were removed to make those payments. Okay, so this is cash balances, which is different from fund balance. So I guess that's the first thing. And you can see out of the total major funds, there was $47 million, even with that $16 million. And that's fine, but that doesn't tell me where the money was coming from. Well, any expense that is related to public safety is getting recorded in the public safety fund. There's no expenses related to public safety that are going on the expenses of...

But they're short $16 million in cash. Again, I think you're combining two different things, fund balance, expenditure recordings, and cash balances. Is a loan being given to public safety to cover those expenses? We do not record a loan. We wait until the year is complete, and then we make the funds whole and make the transfers at year end. Tony, who has the approval to make to approve a loan in the township? Is it the board? No, and I think that this is not a loan. If it's not a short-term loan to pay that $16 million, then what is it? Thank you. Thank you. if it's not a loan what is it um i don't have i don't have a terminology for what you're asking well you have a 16 million dollar cash deficit it's got to be related to paying expenses well you still need to look at the tower one entity the township as a whole and we have one one pooled account of cash and we know that we have a guaranteed revenue of tax dollars on the winter tax bill but you cannot use a pooled source of cash to pay for public safety

  48. always second it and table it for review by the township attorney is there a second there's no second so the resolution fails and mark my suggestion is you make an appointment with our finance director and our treasury and understand how we balance our books it's very simple there's a difference between fund balance there's a difference in cash balance and we have plenty of money that comes from from our millage that is set aside to pay our our bills and i think it would help maybe you understand how we do a fund balance how you can't explain how the deficit in the budget is being met i think with the current i think we've explained it over and over again along with our auditors and you your auditors never touched it they said they only do it based at the end of the year and they do it based on the inner fund transfers that are approved by the board mark the current imbalance exceeds the inner fund mark you really don't understand this and i think it would help if you would sit down with our finance director and our treasurer come in and make an appointment and really walk through it step by step and you'll see that and the public understands that we have plenty of money that comes in to pay the bills we invest this money until we need it to get interest on it and we've done very well in the market with that money so we're in a very good situation we're a triple a rated um community um our our public safety It's fully funded, our fire department's fully funded, our whole township's fully funded. So then how is the cash at negative $16 million according to the township treasurer? Because you don't understand how we handle our books and how we and stuff. Then explain it to me. I'm here right now. We've explained it over and over again, Mark. I think you need to make an appointment with our finance director and our treasurer and get it lessened. It's really accounting 202, not 101, but 202. 202 is managerial accounting. Exactly. Thank you. This is governmental accounting. I would like to make a motion based on what's on their agenda as submitted. A couple comments on that, if I may, before we get started. Why I feel comfortable doing this is because we have UHY, who's an external auditor. They have CPAs and fraud accountants to make sure everything's going above board. Milliman continues to showcase that we're doing the right thing. Our finance director is one of only 15, if I'm not mistaken, one of 15 certified public finance officers in the state. Right. Again, we have people that are licensed, credentialed, experienced in governmental accounting, and they've been here a while. Right. So I have utmost faith that we're doing everything not only above board, but we have checks and balances that continue to showcase what we're doing above board. With that motion, I'd like to make it as submitted by the finance director.

  49. It's fully funded, our fire department's fully funded, our whole township's fully funded. I support that, and along with what you're saying, Chris, is we have all, not all, most of us on this board have said this over and over and over and over again. And everybody on this board have said this over and over again. other than one person understands all of this and has complete confidence in our Treasurer, our Finance Director, and our finances. So I'm not here to explain anything to you, Mark. If you don't understand, speak to the Finance Director and the Treasurer, you've wasted enough of our time. Is that a second? Yes. In support, all in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Mark, opposed? Yes. Okay, six to one. Thank you. All right, item number eight, strategic plan process. I'll go through this, and this will be posted on our website tomorrow. We spent a lot of time, and I give credit to Sue Bolin, our administrative assistant, on working with this, along with our directors, to put this together. And again, it'll be posted on the website, but you all had in your packet, and we'll run through it online. Amber, are you doing the video? Okay. So moving through here, the 2026 Township Strategic Plan is a living document that creates a framework

That was a very long, hard-working project, and the neighbors that had to live with that, it was a very challenging situation for them. The Werner Estates water main project that completed just in time as winter approached, that's not as good to be a general organization, that's not won the opportunity to do it! Yeah, they had the one at the big storm a few weeks ago, Wednesday, and they still had a good crowd, but they're doing better. We went in there and they're really picking up their business. It's great. And then the streetcar slider bar is going to open up, I think, in another week, and I think we're going to have an event there.
