   The Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees special meeting at Township Hall for Tuesday, December 30th at 2025 at 630, and I'll stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. I'd like to welcome everybody watching from home as far away as Hawaii, Florida, and Puerto Rico, all of our warm places, right? And we'll open it up for public comment, and I don't see anybody coming up for public comment, so I'll close public comment and move to item two. Consider entering into closed session pursuit to MCL 15.268 to discuss strategy and negotiations connected to collective bargaining agreements. I make a motion to approve. Support. Then as we discussed I propose and I move that we amend the non-union individual employment agreements um to provide the uh increased 401a and retirement health savings account benefits to be in line with the department head and deputy department head union effective january 1st 2026. support all in favor say aye aye any opposed do we have to do that through december 31. no we're just amending we're amending the existing agreement okay yeah okay so all in favor say aye aye any opposed passes seven to nothing item number eight consider approval of employment agreement with deputy treasurer presented by treasurer michael schoestack yes so um uh according to um state law the township i get to appoint my deputy but the township board sets her compensation so um i presented you with uh my proposed employment agreement that's uh acceptable to the deputy uh and therefore i move that um we um approve the employment agreement as presented and authorized the supervisor and treasurer to execute it support all in favor say aye aye any opposed passes seven to nothing item number nine consider approval employment agreement with deputy clerk presented by clerk martin brooke exactly the same thing that treasurer schoestack just mentioned similarly uh i i am obligated to appoint a deputy clerk who serves at the pleasure of the clerk and this agreement is exactly the same pattern uh that was uh the two of us prepared for the treasurer and the clerk has been accepted by a deputy dean amandak and um i'd like to make a motion that we approve the employment agreement um as presented for the deputy clerk dean amandak and uh authorized the supervisor and the clerk to execute the final
